Positions Available 


1) Warehouse Operations Executive


- To manage a team of warehouse assistants and assist them in resolving day to day operational issues include missing SKU, product defect, return and any other problems.
- To train the warehouse assistant on process flow and address any issues of non-compliance.
- To ensure there are no backlogs in inbound task.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Executive or Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Min SPM Level.
- Preferably posesses Junior Executive Working Experiences.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.


2) Warehouse Supervisor
 - Assist Warehouse Manager on day to day DC Operations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate subordinates to ensure compliance of control on every activities assigend.
- To ensure stock receiving, processing and distributing within the determined services levels of accuracy, time and cost.
- To propose & drive warehouse productivity, continuous improvement in warehouse & operations.
 - Diploma/Degree in warehouse management, logistic and inventory.
 - At least 3 years working experience, preferably in warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills with knowledge in inventory.
- Initiative with sense of responsibility and urgency.
 - Positive working attitude and effective leadership skills.


3) Warehouse Administrator

 - Perform and organize general administrative duties.
- Process and prepare DO, packing lists and invoices.
- Perform data entry and updates the inventory system.
- Handle and follow up on delivery schedule.
- Assist in warehouse activities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
 - Minimum SPM level.


4)  Sales Associates (Full time and Part time positions are available)


      - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
      - Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
      - “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
      - Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
      - Actively seek out customers in store
      - Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
      - Cross sell products
      - Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
      - Build productive trust relationships with customers


     - Minimum education qualification: SPM
     - Female/ Male aged 18 and above
     - Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
     - Pleasant personality and committed to providing excellent customer service
     - Must be able to working on weekends and on public holidays


5)  System Engineer


      - The ideal candidate will be involved in every aspect for the product development cycle as well as maintaining the existing product
      - You’ll also be working cross functionality with multiple departments within the organization to assist with various development needs


      - Experience in building application with PHP and MySQL
      - Solid understanding in Object Oriented Programming
      - Experience in working with PHP MVC framework (Laravel)
      - Knowledge in using Orchestra Platform is a plus
      - Working knowledge in CSS, HTML and Javascript
      - Strong knowledge in building RESTful web services
      - Experience with version control (GIT)


6)  Mobile Developer


     - The ideal candidate will be involved in every aspect for the product development cycle as well as building the new mobile application
     - You’ll also be working on new exciting features and scales the available functionalities


     - Experience in building hybrid mobile applications
     - Strong knowledge in RESTful web services
     - Solid understanding of mobile technologies and platform differences
     - Working knowledge in CSS, HTML and Javascript
     - IOS and Android platform deployment experince
     - Experience with version control (GIT)


7)  Digital Marketing Executive


     - Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;
     - Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
     - Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
     - Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
     - Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
     - Communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
     - Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
     - Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
     - Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
     - Contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications;
     - Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
     - Developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
     - Keeping up to date with current digital trends;
     - Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
     - Negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.


      - Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field of studies
      - Team – player and highly committed
      - Tech savvy as the incumbent will be managing a variety of online marketing tools
      - Experience in marketing and e-commerce will be an added advantage
      - Good communication skills


8) Assistant Webmaster


     - Maintain and manage Fashionvalet’s website including content uploading, tracking of clicks, ensuring all links are working

     - Track customer’s behaviour and movement on website
     - Come up with creative designs/campaign around new brand and product launches.
     - Come up with innovative ideas on how to convert clicks to sales.


     - Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field of studies
     - Knowledge of e-commerce websites
     - Be able to meet deadlines
     - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new techniques
     - Be creative and Imaginative
Good writing skills in English
     - Some knowledge of Google Analytics
     - Self motivated, resourceful and result oriented
     - Knowledge of html codes is a plus, but not a must
     - Able to work independently and in a team


9) Intern

     We are looking for interns all year round! 

     - Candidates must possess or are currently pursuing a diploma / bachelor's degree in business studies.
     - Durations for internships: 3-6 months.

     - Must comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations


      - Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with some financial qualifications or training
      - A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as producing financial reports.
      - A strong understanding of how a business operates and a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.
      - General management experience is essential for working in this job.
      - Excellent networking skills.
      - Needs to be able to deliver the highest standards of customer service
      - The ability to communicate effectively is essential.

      - Tabulation of financial reports
      - Record keeping
      - Implementation of financial controls

      - Liaison with Group Finance


       - Candidates must be based in Jakarta
       - Diploma/ Degree in Accounting ot any related fields
       - Able to work independently 
       - Familiar with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting system
       - Systematic and resourceful with strong analytical skills
