1. Customer Service - Part Time Position (May 2016 - August 2016)

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with their queries via call, email & live chat whilst ensuring the best customer service experience is given 

 

2. Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the Production team
  • Liase with transportation and location for all the goods and stock
  • Dealing with courier and custom agent
  • Produce report including end month stock reconciliation and sales report
  • Manage timeline with supplier, follow up with the stock delivery date and make sure receive the stock in time
  • Handles and supervises QC including the defect and over or less quantity
  • Handling the payment and all the invoice
  • Separates the goods for bloggers, marketing and celebrities etc
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support other department when required
  • Photoshoot
  • Product description and product details for website key in purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Studies or Production Management 
  • At least 3 years working experience in the production line 
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to manage a team and at the same time, manage own timeline
  • A person with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to speak in English, BM, Mandarin

 

3. Store Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

4. Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

5. Sales Associates (3 Positions Available)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as sales associate
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Melaysia.
  • Minimum education qualification is SPM
  • Must be able to work on weekdays and public holidays

       

6. Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

  • creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;
  • writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
  • providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
  • researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
  • communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
  • contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
  • using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
  • contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications;
  • assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
  • developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
  • keeping up to date with current digital trends;
  • managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
  • negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field of studiesTeam – player and highly committed

7. Fashion Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing new brands as well as trading existing brands within the season to potentialize sales and profit 
  • To build own trend awareness through inspiration shopping and other mediums, constantly look for new sources of trend inspiration
  • Forge relationships with new vendors as well as develop existing ones, ensuring there are strong brand partnerships in place
  • To provide our customers with an inspirational selection of products across fashion, accessories and beauty 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Buyer in fashion retail is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • A creative eye to be able to drive trends
  • Professional, well spoken, with excellent communication skills and networking skills

8. Mobile Developer

 Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be involved in every aspect for the product development cycle as well as building the new mobile application. You’ll also be working on new exciting features and scales the available functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building hybrid mobile applications
  • Strong knowledge in RESTful web services
  • Solid understanding of mobile technologies and platform differences
  • Working knowledge in CSS, HTML and Javascript
  • IOS and Android platform deployment experince
  • Experience with version control (GIT)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
  • Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

  • Responsible for developing advertisements and other marketing/ branding collaterals
  • Strengthen relationships with media, corporate partners and government institutions to ensure effective positioning of FashionValet
  • Organize and participate in joint-events with various stakeholders
  • Manage online marketing platforms
  • Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to increase awareness and conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or fashion related field, internet business experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan and work a structured timetable
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay is a bonus
  • Able to work, motivate and manage a team
