Visual Merchandiser 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with teams such as buying and marketing to create design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts;
  • Identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting;
  • Maintaining a budget and negotiating with suppliers of visual materials;
  • Working with architectural features of stores to maximize the available space
  • Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept;
  • Assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store;
  • Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines;
  • Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of visual merchandising. Experience in handling multi-brand store is an advantage.
  • Experience in styling with knowledge of current trends and styles
  • High level of accuracy, attention to details and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Must be very flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Head of Retail

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting, developing and communicating all aspects of retail including retail systems, retail operations, in-store standards, operating procedures, space planning, training & development, and customer service.   
  • Formulates the retail strategy and owns/drives specific strategic projects 
  • Leads retail initiatives, leveraging support from Headquarters stakeholders, analysing results and feeding back commercial recommendations
  • Conducts effective and efficient store visits ensuring that areas identified are actioned, followed up and constructive feedback is given
  • Producing Accurate Monthly Departmental Stock Reports, including maintaining CBL brand standards and accurate and best cost practice of all stock
  • Ensure in achieving the Stores target and objectives
  • Oversee the overall sales activities and operations in South Each Asia and liaise with Headquarters when required.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase growth objectives of the Brand
  • Initiate and implement strategic business plans for the business unit to achieve set goals and objectivities
  • Responsible for project development & cost estimation. Plan & schedule to ensure al projects are done well according to the quality required & within the time frame.
  • Responsible for new store renovation, refurbishment and maintenance of existing stores.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitor’s activities.
  • Budget & Sales forecast
  • Monitor daily, weekly & monthly sales and comps
  • To ensure KPI meets the Company requirement & Company SOP
  • Managing a team of 50 people
  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
  • Stock inventory control managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in retail field
  • Preferably experience in handling multibrand stores
  • Experience in Merchandising and Visual Merchandising
  • Has strong leadership with team building charisma and able to deal with diversity, pressure and challenges 

 

System Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full software development lifecycle
  • Write well designed and testable code
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a software engineer
  • Ability to develop software in PHP or other selected languages
  • Experience in building web applications using at least on popular PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony)

IT Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Managing Google Accounts
  • Managing the Email IDs, Groups - includes creation and deletion of email IDs when Employee leaves the Organisation
  • Assist together on the projection of New Hires to purchase New Laptops, Macs, Microsoft Office.
  • Manage the network printer, access point and cabling troubleshooting
  • Assist on installing relevant system & software required for the Employee
  • Manage the Internet Service Provider as well as manage WLAN and LAN system
  • Manage and update the IT Inventory
  • Liaise with the IT Suppliers and Vendors for IT related problems and getting quotations for new company assets

Buyer (Men's Wear)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse of brand to build performance strategy with Brand owner
  • Inventory management work with brand on planning inventory by season & launches to reach sales target
  • To continue to expand and grow category that embodies FV identity
  • Responsible for sourcing new brands as well as trading existing Men's wear brands within the season to potentialize sales and profit
  • Plan, select and purchase of men's apparels, footwear and accessories that meet customers' requirements and the merchandising philosophy of online retailer.
  • Maintain strong communication and business relations with the brands, both local and international, on various merchandising functions, including business negotiation of margins and payment terms.
  • Manage everyday product merchandising activities, including process purchase order, monitor delivery schedule and stock balance accurately.
  • Develop pricing and merchandising strategy to meet sales target, as well as merchandising ideas for business growth based on industry trends, market analysis and competitor markets.
  • Observe trends and source for new brands/suppliers.
  • Responsible for the lifecycle of the product from buying, pricing to selling and finally disposing it through markdown and discount strategies.
