MALAYSIA

 

1. Finance Manager/Accountant 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and prepare Company’s Budget
  • Forecast and manage cash flow positions
  • Able to manage/prepare full set of accounts
  • Monitor and review physical store performance
  • Monitor receipts and prepare payments
  • Prepare and submit GST tax returns
  • Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
  • Creation of Finance SOP

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • With approximately 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Preference given to candidates with Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.)
  • Possess good analytical skills
  • Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills

 

2. Accounts Assistant 

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist Accounts Executive to perform reconciliation and recording of cash receipts from online and offline sales
  • Assist Accounts Executive to perform data entry
  • Assist Accounts Executive to prepare any ad hoc and monthly analysis and reporting information
  • Assist Accounts Executive in the maintenance of fixed assets schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • With approximately 1 – 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Preference given to candidates with partial Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.)
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills

 

3. Sales Executive/Assistant 

 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly sales and stock reports for Brands
  • Prepare monthly payment schedule for Brands
  • Prepare reconciliation of stock balance against actual quantity
  • Able to understand and prepare quantifications of differences in sales reports (if applicable)
  • Assist Finance Manager to manage and respond to queries from Brands
  • Follow up with Buying Team and Warehouse Team to resolve Brand queries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar role.
  • With approximately 1 – 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preference given to candidates possessing a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting / Finance and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Functions and Formulas (eg. Vlookup and Pivot Table)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with buying and warehouse team confidently.

 

4. Project Executive

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist FM in managing and executing SOP project
  • Compilation and drafting of final Company SOP
  • Preparation of financial statistics and reporting information
  • Liaise with Engineering team for Finance related system enhancements and creation of reporting templates
  • Perform ad hoc research and analysis for new projects 

Requirements:

  • Possess approximately 2 - 3 years of working experience in similar role
  • Preference given to candidates possessing a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting / Finance and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Functions and Formulas (eg. Vlookup and Pivot Table)
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Possess good analytical skills
  • Possess good command of English and able to write well
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with all HODs confidently

 

5. Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Tabulation of financial reports
  • Record keeping
  • Implementation of financial controls
  • Ensuring completion of collections
  • Liaison with Group Finance

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based in Jakarta
  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting ot any related fields
  • Able to work independently 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting system
  • Systematic and resourceful with strong analytical skills 

 

6. Customer Service - Part Time Position (May 2016 - August 2016)

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with their queries via call, email & live chat whilst ensuring the best customer service experience is given 

 

7. Sales Associates (Full Time and Part Time Positions Are Available)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as sales associate
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Melaysia.
  • Minimum education qualification is SPM
  • Must be able to work on weekdays and public holidays

       

8. Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

  • creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;
  • writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
  • providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
  • researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
  • communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
  • contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
  • using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
  • contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications;
  • assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
  • developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
  • keeping up to date with current digital trends;
  • managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
  • negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field of studiesTeam – player and highly committed
  • Tech savvy as the incumbent will be managing a variety of online marketing tools
  • Experience in marketing and e-commerce will be an added advantage

9. System Engineer (2 Positions Available)

 Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be involved in every aspect for the product development cycle as well as maintaining the existing product. You’ll also be working cross functionality with multiple departments within the organization to assist with various development needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building application with PHP and MySQL
  • Solid understanding in Object Oriented Programming
  • Experience in working with PHP MVC framework (Laravel)
  • Knowledge in using Orchestra Platform is a plus
  • Working knowledge in CSS, HTML and Javascript
  • Strong knowledge in building RESTful web services
  • Experience with version control (GIT

 

10. Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
  • Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement marketing strategies which are in line with the vision of FashionValet
  • Responsible for developing advertisements and other marketing/ branding collaterals
  • Strengthen relationships with media, corporate partners and government institutions to ensure effective positioning of FashionValet
  • Organize and participate in joint-events with various stakeholders
  • Manage online marketing platforms
  • Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to increase awareness and conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or fashion related field, internet business experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan and work a structured timetable
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay is a bonus
