Free local delivery! We deliver through PosLaju and Ta-q-bin for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
FashionValet ships to the following countries and territories. If you do not see the country listed below, FashionValet is not available in your country of residence.

Flat rate of RM15 for all orders below RM500 to Singapore and Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand! Free Delivery for all orders above RM500!
Flat rate of RM70 for all orders to Australia and New Zealand!
Flat rate of RM150 for all orders to United Kingdom.

International orders are shipped via express international courier – approximately 2-5 working days.
If you have ordered from an Indonesian brand, you will receive a separate delivery from our warehouse in Jakarta. Shipping will take approximately 7 working days. You will receive an e-mail update on the delivery status of your order.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:
a) 30 days from arrival of package for local delivery
b) 30 days from arrival for overseas delivery
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value. If you have any other enquiries or feedback, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our working hours are weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
