Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leader for both Fulfilment and Outbound departments.
  • To ensure that both departments run smooth and adhere to the SLA and SOP given.
  • Micromanage and monitor daily processes for both departments.
  • Handle issues that arise and give ideas/opinions along with other leaders and managers for new developments or to increase team efficiency.
  • To provide collective data/report on the departments’ performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • OTB and inventory management - accountable for product sourcing & ordering within the category based on projected STR. Ensure inventory level is healthy before ordering
  • Spot, develop & grow the missing categories & sales opportunities within the FV Group
  • Fully responsible on production lead time, from sourcing suppliers & materials to deciding the shipping method in order to meet BMs’ launch dates
  • Accountable for product, packaging & freight cost. Maximize company’s profit by suggesting RRP to BMs based on the final UFG costing
  • Constant quality check on existing suppliers’ products, and source for new suppliers. Negotiate & manage all agreement & contract terms with existing & new suppliers
  • Track the STR by sub-cat & product level. Prompt BMs to restock on best seller items / action plan on slow STR products (i.e. slash discount / promotional activities).
  • Responsible for respective category reports (ie stock aging report, budget planning report, SCM POP & etc)


  • Proven experience as supply chain/ category executive or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.

Administration & Reports

  • Retail Store order and inventory control.

The Accounts Payable Controller is responsible to manage financial transactions, demonstrate integrity and exercise professional practices to support business and finance operations in the areas of accounting, audit and accounts payable. Be a team player within finance dept. and across dept.


1. Manage supplier.

  • Monitor outstanding balance with supplier.
  • Prepare overdue payment list & prepare payment plan.
  • Ensure all payments are processed within agreed timeline according to established processes, procedures and legal requirements).
  • Ensure no double payment & long overdue balance to supplier.
  • Update supplier & stakeholder with payment advice.
  • Update Inventory Purchase Record.
  • Respond to supplier email & update supplier payment status.
  • Prepare payment analysis & report.
  • Independently manage supplier with minimal supervision.

2. Monthly GL posting.

  • Consolidate all the expenses & supplier document (Invoice/CN/PO/DO/SOA) for posting.
  • Reconcile all the posting done by outsourced Accounting Firm with document register.
  • Respond to accounting firm information request.

3. Payment Request.

  • Independently manage department payment request with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure all payment request is complied with SOP.

4. Year end audit.

  • Assist in respond on auditor information/document request.
  • Send audit confirmation to supplier.

5. Document filing.

  • Ensure all supplier / expense document (Invoice/CN/PO/DO/SOA) are properly filed & maintained.

6. Handle petty cash disbursement, recording and replenishment.

7. Any ad-hoc task as when assigned.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
