If you place your order before 3pm on a working day, it will be processed on the day itself; orders made after that will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been picked up, it will take around 1 to 3 working days for your package to arrive with local express delivery. For international orders, it will take 3 to 5 working days for them to be delivered to you.
We will update you with the delivery status once your order is processed. So check your inbox, we will email you a tracking code to follow the journey of your package at all times.
For shoppers who live in Klang Valley, you can select to deliver with Grab Express to have packages delivered to you within 2 hours upon placing an order between 9am to 4pm, not including public holidays.
Grab Express will deliver within a 35km radius of our warehouse in Kota Damansara, so this option will be made available to you during checkout if your shipping location is within the coverage.
The delivery rate comes at a small fee, quoted by Grab, and it will be added as Shipping Fee on top of your subtotal.
Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive push notifications via the Grab app if you provide the same phone number when placing your order as the one registered to your Grab account. We also send updates on your order status via email, so you can check your inbox too!
There is no charge if you would like to do a self-pickup for your dUCks.
You can get your package on the same day after 7pm when you order anytime before 4pm, from Monday to Friday. For orders made on public holidays and weekends, your package will be available for in-store pickup on the next working day after 7pm.
Before you check out online, just select your preferred store. You will receive a text when your order is ready for pickup.
Once it arrives, our stores will hold your package for no more than 3 days. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and you can arrange for it to be reshipped by calling our customer service line at 1 300 88 6060 or email us at [email protected].
Any charges for duties, taxes and custom fees must be borne by you. We cannot assume any delivery risk and responsibility on import clearance, duties and charges for international orders.
These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.
