Sales Associate (Full Time / Part Time)

Responsibillities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a sales associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum education qualification is SPM
• Must be able to work on weekdays and public holidays
• Must be able to work at our Publika and Pavilion outlet

Retail Operations Executive

As Retail Operations Executive, you will be managing and supporting the Retail team to oversee the effective and productive daily operations of our retail stores located in various locations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will be tasked to assist with the operations to maximize sales, minimize costs and improve customer service levels, retail productivity and efficiency.

Responsibillities:

• To provide operational support to retail outlets in order to ensure smooth running of day to day business
• To ensure compliance in all areas of retail operational activity in line with company’s policy and procedures, such as customer service, stock take, inventory management, etc
• To assist with analyzing sales and revenue reports and make forecasts for store sales and merchandising
• To keep abreast of the retail market trends and keep a close eye on the competition
• To propose suitable promotional activities based on sales performance, prevailing market trends and customer needs
• To assist manager to analyze new store location based on information provided

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Has strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Knowledge on outlet/store tenancy agreement
• To maintain close relationships with mall management
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
• Minimum retail operation experience of 1-2 years

Internship - Videographer

Responsibillities:

• Will be assisting in video shooting and video editing tasks
• Will be also given pre-production role such as prepping, liaise with talent
• Brainstorm with the Marketing Team and other relevant departments to develop a variety of video content marketing materials
• Enjoy coming up with creative ideas and always on the lookout for trending topics

Internship - Studio Coordinator

Responsibillities:

• Assist the loan process for catalog shoot styling
• Prepare items for loans return
• Prepare for inbounded skus, identify the correct skus total and design
• Prepare loan items to return to inventory

Internship - HR

Responsibillities:

• Supporting the recruitment process by short-listing candidates to preparation and notification of job offer, and follow up with candidates coming onboard for all departments across FV Group
• Assisting with Onboarding sessions with the new joiners of FV Group
• Assisting to carry out and execute People & Culture events, activities and business as usual activities
• Creating employee engaging contents for company newsletter, and employee branding of the FV Group
• Filing candidates’ documents, identifying and separating them according to the respective functions
• Any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your reporting person

Internship - Photo Editor

Responsibillities:

• Retouch and crop product photography images to a high standard.
• Ensure color consistency between image and physical product.
• Perform quality assurance on all images.
• Upload images to web serves in accordance deadlines.
• Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the performance of the studio team
• Carry out ad hoc duties within studio team when required

Internship - Marketing

Responsibillities:

• Support the marketing team on day-to-day tasks (from social media, newsletter, digital, PR, events, etc)
• Resourceful in finding new ideas and trends in the fashion industry - Resilient and all about getting their hands dirty
